Within the Farie group of companies, we share personal data with other companies in order to ensure a consistently high standard of service within the group and also to be able to offer you their products and services if necessary. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The exception to this rule is the forwarding of data to third parties within the framework of our business activities and for the purposes described above, but only insofar as this is permitted and if we deem it appropriate. This includes the time period required to meet our statutory duties of retention and documentation as well as to enable us to enforce or defend our claims. In principle and to the extent possible, as soon as your personal data is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to view any of your data we have saved at any time. We will provide you with access within an appropriate time frame and in an appropriate format. You may also request its deletion or information as to the purpose for which the data is being used. If you are currently a Farie customer, we require your data in order to maintain a valid contract. Therefore, should you wish to have your data deleted, you may request this by terminating your contract.
